The disputed domain name <viagra.com> is registered with Go Daddy Software, Inc. (“GSL”).
The Complaint was filed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (the “Center”) on March 16, 2001. On March 16, 2002, the Center transmitted by email to GSL a request for registrar verification in connection with the domain name at issue. On March 17, 2002, GSL transmitted by email to the Center its verification response confirming that the Respondent is listed as the registrant and providing the contact details for the administrative, billing, and technical contact. The Center verified that the Complaint satisfied the formal requirements of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Policy”), the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Rules”), and the WIPO Supplemental Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Supplemental Rules”).
In accordance with the Rules, paragraphs 2(a) and 4(a), the Center formally notified the Respondent of the Complaint, and the proceedings commenced on March 19, 2002. In accordance with the Rules, paragraph 5(a), the due date for Response was April 4, 2002. The Respondent did not submit any response. Accordingly, the Center notified the Respondent's default on April 16, 2002.
The Center appointed William A. Zweig as the sole panelist in this matter on April 29, 2002. The Panel finds that it was properly constituted. The Panel has submitted the Statement of Acceptance and Declaration of Impartiality and Independence, as required by the Center to ensure compliance with the Rules, paragraph 7.

The Complainant is the owner of a trademark in the UDRP trademark which includes the trademark "Sildenafil Citrate". The Complainant registered the Complainant's trademark on November 18, 2003. The Complainant registered the UDRP trademark in 2004. The Complainant also registered the Sildenafil Citrate trademark in 2009, in addition to the Complainant's UDRP trademark, the trademark "Pfizer" and the Complainant's mark "Viagra".
The Complainant has worldwide rights in the Complainant's trademark and the UDRP trademark and has a worldwide worldwide sales force of over 1 million worldwide.
The Complainant is the owner of a trademark in the UDRP trademark which includes the trademark "Pfizer Viagra". The Complainant registered the Complainant's trademark in 2009, the UDRP trademark in 2009, the Sildenafil Citrate trademark in 2008, and the Pfizer Viagra trademark in 2008. The Complainant registered the Complainant's UDRP trademark in the UDRP domain name in October 2004.
The Complainant is the owner of a trademark in the UDRP domain name which includes the domain name "www.viagra.com".
